Summary: Ahmad Abrar Saleem was arrested in a sting operation in June 2015, along with approximately 100 other offenders who actively solicited sex with a minor through the internet. Saleem was a former employee of the Council on American-Islamic Relations - CAIR-Florida and ran his own organization called “Saleem Academy.” Since Saleem has finished serving his sentence and been released, he has changed his name on various online platforms to “Ahmad Shaheen.” His most recent activities portray attempts to revive Saleem Academy, now called “Shaheen Leaders” on YouTube, while still bearing the previous “Saleem Academy” URL, actively posting videos as recently as August 2020.
